I believe that is a very old picture. Those are CISC machines, I think. It's not clear why MS put it in there.

Besides, the same tour is on the MS website, and the picture is still there. I thought MS has taken it off after someone in this group notified them of the fact. But not so.

Get any, and I mean any windows XP installation and do the following.

1. go to start, help and support
2. go to what's new in windows XP
3. go taking the tour or tutorial
4. take the tour, animated or no animated, is no difference
5. there is a a brown tab (best for business)
6. click on the More secure easier to manage tab.

If you took the animated tour, wait a little, and look at the pictures (you
will find a nice sorprise) ;)

If you didn't took the animated tour, just click to the tab and look at the
picture.
