I don't know what causes this problem, what I do know is that, in S/36EE,
you can probably solve this problem by using an override on this printer
file (even in OCL)
We still have some S/36 / M36 and S/36EE customers, so we have to deal with
these kind of problems regularly (still programming in RPGII sometimes too).

By the way, can you direct other OCL output to this printer?
