This makes me think of one thing to be careful of - if any of the files 
have indexes, whether physical of logical files, then they might have been 
used by the optimizer and never show as used in the object description - 
esp. LFs. This would apply to SQL-type activity, which can include OPNQRYF 
and Query/400 queries, as well.

OTOH, it seems that if a PF has an index (is keyed), there is little chance 
that the use of that index by the optimizer would preclude the use of the 
actual PF in retrieving the data. If that made any sense, don't blame me, 
I've not been well.  :-)
