This is a facilitator for OS/400's job accounting.  There are lots of tools
that do this.  I think that there's one in TAA.

user/department so that we can come up with some kind of departmental
allocation of IT costs.

I can put my users in groups to determine how many users on on the system
by
department but otherwise?

Management wants this in TWO hours.  Gotta love that.
