RE: FTP/REXEC exit points disappear

Although OpsNav _might_ interfere with exit programs, I read Jeff's initial 
comment to mean that the actual exit _points_ could disappear. This would be 
much more disturbing than just losing the entries for the exit programs. Exit 
programs can conceivably be added back to the exit points easily.

But recreating the exit points themselves? That definitely calls for IBM 
intervention somewhere if that's what Jeff really means.
