I would complain to your state's Attorney General office. Some states are very agressive about anything that has the appearance of fraudulent billing practices. They are a public company on the OTC exchange. Is it possible they are doing all this billing to make the financials look better? See if the SEC covers them and has a place to complain. But first you should have contact with them & see if they clear it up. It was not hard to find contact info on their website... http://www.calsw.com/calsw/company/worldwideoffices.asp HEADQUARTERS 1241 Puerta Del Sol San Clemente, California 92673 Telephone: (949) 498-9300 Fax: (949) 498-9201 jim ----- Original Message ----- From: <rob@xxxxxxxxx> To: "Midrange Systems Technical Discussion" <midrange-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, January 12, 2005 10:56 AM Subject: RE: Fwd: Need Help Against Unethical California Software BusinessPractices > Invoice spam?
