Sorry if I missed where you said this earlier, but did you define to Ops Nav
the name of your central system? I don't have a Client Access V5R1 handy,
but try right-clicking on Management Central in the left-hand pane of Ops
Nav. Since yu seem to have established connectivity with everything except
Mgmt Central, perhaps it cannot connect because it doesn't know that is the
system you want to use for central server.
