Thanks!  It might, as we are on v5r1 on this machine still. 

Although our performance will come and go. I was thinking maybe some sort 
of limit on servers/threads something along that line that could be 
changed, but I've not come up with anything or way to monitor what is 
going on.

Thanks again, I'll pass this along as one more reason to keep current!
