Next question:

Print out the system "menus" using the menu...

Look for IPDS card... If that feature is not
"reporting in", that's part of your problem.

You need to "disable" SCS support and "enable" IPDS support.
You do that in the IPDS menu...

By the way... if the IPDS feature is not installed correctly
or not at all, you will NOT see the correct menu(s).
