Wow. Your response reached me before my question to Mike did. What you point out is quite true. Mike was assuming the library list on both client and target would contain PFVEHICLE. I use multiple member so infrequently I missed the member qualification. For my own uses I would be inclined to use the fully qualified line rather than set the libraries with CD and LCD. put msilvers/pfvehicle.pfvehicle WD21PADO/pfvehicle.pfvehicle And if it was not a multiple member file I'm inclined to use put msilvers/pfvehicle WD21PADO/pfvehicle In either case there are two less lines to type and a bit less to look at if there is a problem. -----Original Message----- From: midrange-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:midrange-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of rob@xxxxxxxxx Sent: Thursday, February 03, 2005 8:48 AM To: Midrange Systems Technical Discussion Subject: RE: FTP problems One is file.member The other is library/file Rob Berendt -- Group Dekko Services, LLC Dept 01.073 PO Box 2000 Dock 108 6928N 400E Kendallville, IN 46755 http://www.dekko.com
