The answer  is Depends... Are you backing up
The objects that have "changed" since the last full library save ... or
The objects changed from the last saved change object?

In the first case grab the tape will the full lib on it and the change 
from Wednesday
In the 2nd case grab the tape will the full lib on it and ALL the change 
tapes

Now if you are using BRMS or a similar software...
Tell it  you want to restore  the lib and it will tell you what tape(s) 
you need.
