What about new releases? Keys to the software if you move to a different model & serial number? Is it legit for the following: Oracle issues a fix for a program, let's say because of a government regulation change. And sends it out to the people on maintenance. Can these 3rd parties send out the fix, as written by Oracle, to all of their customers? What was the maintenance fee before Oracle purchased them?
