When done i did switch the ip of one machine to the other (and remove other from network). All other network functions, including local net ftp working fine. I have not yet checked OpsNav settings, but am also assuming it would present same problem to local and remote ftp. Is there a timer i need to increase for ftp via wan (like this thing is timing out)? jim ----- Original Message ----- From: "Wilt, Charles" <CWilt@xxxxxxxxxxxx> To: "Midrange Systems Technical Discussion" <midrange-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Friday, February 11, 2005 3:30 PM Subject: RE: ftp problems pc to i5 at v5r3 > Scott, > > I'm pretty sure your incorrect here.
