When going into the LICPGM and using option 10, I'm showing the installed 
status of the base OS as *COMPATIBLE, is that normal or does it mean that 
the system has not had a valid licensed applied yet?

We received our license key for V5R1 from ibm and applied it and it 
indicated that it was added to the repository but did not change the status 
to installed.

Suggestions, hints?
