Check system value QUTCOFFSET. The IFS uses this to determine the time
applied to files.

Subject: Dates in folders

Within Windows Explorer, when I browse to a folder on the AS400, the
create or modify date and time indicate that the files were actually
updated 5 hours prior to when they actually were. I am assuming this has
something to do with our time offset to GMT (we are on the east coast of
US), but do not know how to "correct" this situation to actually reflect
the proper time in WE.
Any ideas?
Dave
