Found an interesting problem that involved Microsoft's TCP/IP version 6 
protocol.  When installed on the XPSP2 machines, iSeries Navigator would 
be crippled.  Try any Management Central function and the PC couldn't 
find the host.  Also, could verify the connection under 'My 
Connections', but verification would fail under Management Central.  
Removed the protocol and all works fine.  IBM has a PTF but it wasn't 
availible for download.
