We are well below 90%. I've restarted SMTP, and MSF. Will I hose anyone
up on our system if I end QSNADS and then restart it? I'm not sure what
the status is supposed to be but right now it is DEQW (Waiting for a
dequeue operation) and the status of all of its jobs are EVTW. Do I even
need to restart QSNADS?

What is your disk space usage sitting at? If it is over 90% that might
be your problem.
