You're on the right track. The MS converter should work assuming the docs are in revisable form. >From what I know MS Word is the only word processor to offer RFTDCA conversion. I have copied these documents to my desktop using the operations navigator. While looking for information on Midrange, in one of the discussion threads I found that I am required to download and install a RFTDCA converter from Microsoft website (oconv.exe), I downloaded and installed this file which is available for office 2003 now. Unfortunately It did not work. I am not very sure if I could get the correct file. I am using office 2000 on Windows 2000 professional OS. Any help on this is solemnly appreciated.
