CL logging is off, that's a start.  Now you have to modify the 
application to

1.  Send fewer program messages
2.  Generate fewer program messages (for example message sent from 
commands like copy file, create duplication object, etc.)
3.  Delete more program messages that it sends or receives

The program messages are in the job log, the LOG() setting only 
determines what the system does with those messages.  LOG(0) means you 
can't display them, and they will not be printed when the job ends.
