Try using the short names for the directories. E.g.,

C:\Program Files

can be reached with

C:\PROGRA~1

The problem is finding this on different machines - it can be different. There are several MICROS~? and the number depends at least on the order things were installed. I've not worked out yet how to determine these, except by inspection on a given machine.

Hi!

STRPCCMD is a fine thing to run PC programms on my PC from the iSeries. But
the command string can only be 123 characters long. This ist not enough,
when I want to print a word document by MS Word, which is located in a huge
directory structure.

Does anyone have another idea?
