I rebuilt the device description as a remote outq with the QWPHPLSRE wscst 
from IBM's printer support site. I'm waiting for the user to call me back 
this AM.

Any chance of a workstation customizing object?  I get complaints from 
my laser printer users that everything is too small, so I remove the 
customizing object and show them what small really is :)
