iSeries Nation used to have a link of people that you could contact for 
just such a situation.  I tried the old link to that and got the standard 
"Our Apologies" website.  Could see if it's anywhere on:
http://www-1.ibm.com/servers/eserver/iseries/nation/

Often you'd have better luck dealing with a BP than IBM directly.  Do you 
have a BP?

Pet peeve:  Generating a new email to the list using reply to:.  At least 
you changed the subject line, but the trailing history and the end is 
garbage, and, you ought to see how it looks at:
