Re-organising a LARGE file

We have a file with 387,961,653 records and 472,603,144 deleted records.  It
has 3 logical files built over it.  Using the RGZPFM command we estimate 90+
hours to re-org.
 
I believe that there are utilities that do a re-org whilst the file is in
use.  Does anyone have any recommendations?  We're at 5.1 of OS400, there
may be an OS400 utility at 5.3, but we're not going there for a little
while.
