DST has an option to reset the password temporarily for one IPL.  You 
then change the password after logging on with the default.   But DST 
requires a password too (not the same as the OS/400 password).  If 
you're lucky, the DST password may have been left to it's default value.

The Security manual had the details.  I'm sure it's buried somewhere in 
infocenter.
