you need to specify which file you want to override.
In the case of RUNQRY, the file to override is QPQUPRFIL.

Yes. I tried this
OVRPRTF FILE(*PRTF) PAGESIZE(*N 378). But it does not make any impact on
the spoolfiles created after this...
