Something I've been known to use is to hike it back to the help desk area and have those people use a Windows tool, like VNC, to either view, or take control, of a remote PC. A really radical ideal is to set up a web based Lotus Sametime conference. This will allow you to share either one window or the whole desktop. And you can control whether or not the remote user can take control of that window. While also giving you the chat capability (video and voice if you want that also).
