   But our company WILL not use M$ word for documents.  Therefore, a word
   document is useless, frustrating, and unwanted.  PDF can be changed, but
   at least it's somewhat universal as far a printing what was created. 
   Can't say that for Word - even opened with Open Office!

     A Word doc can be modified, so you don't want to send an invoice that
     can be
     modified.
