Check out doing this with SEQUEL/Viewpoint with the Client Reporting
Option from Advanced Systems Concepts (www.asc-iseries.com). You can make
your output quite attractive without an expensive forms package.

Subject: Emailing statements and invoices
We are looking into emailing invoices and AR statements to our customers.
It was tried in the past, and they had complaints that the customers
couldn't open the document or it was gibberish. Do you typically use a
software to handle this task?
What are some other pitfalls?
Thank you,
Phil Kestenbaum
