if that was a public company they could also be held to task by stockholders... We've got a local company that's become a bit of a laughing stock around here... It's estimated that they've spent well over 55 MILLION to goto a oracle system on HPUX and get off the 400... Last update I heard they finally made it...but that's a serious chunk of change...
