I had already looked at this, but have now had a further look, but have not found anything that would solve my problem. Client access and WSG use exactly the same devices, so I wouldn't expect there to be any differences in the feedback area. Am I wrong?

Try the device definition list (offest 70) or the Get Attributes (offset 31) in
the appendix to see if that's what you're looking for.
