I've got 4.5 and 5.2 boxes sitting here in a client site. We have come up with a need to send messages from the 4.5 box. PTF's are up to date, and the 4.5 box is configured identically to the 5.2 box for hosts, SMTPA, DSTA, directory entries. I can use SNDDST from the 5.2 box but not from the 4.5 box. Any ideas?
I remember a tip I had to perform to fix a similar SNDDST problem :
remove and add again the directory entry associated to the CHGDSTA command.
You could try this.
Did you restart SMTP after setting it ?
Is MSF started ?
Do you see something in the QZMF journal coming from the QSMTP* jobs ?
