In times past, people would refer others to using Search400 as a better 
way to search ibm's site than using IBM directly.  I've not found that to 
be the case.

Rob, I must be having a senior moment. I do not see anything on 
search400.com that points to the saearch engine on IBM's support site - at 
least not directly. That's why I'm confused. I see a text box labeled 
"Search this site and the web", and I see a "Powered by Google"
