Well first thing...

you should _never_, _ever_, use RCLACTGRP ACTGRP(*ELIGIBLE) particularly in 
production.  (per recommendations from Barbara Morris w/IBM)

Second, if the program is never ending, you probably shouldn't be trying to do 
a RCLACTGRP anyway.

Your best performance you be with the CLLE and RPGLE program using the same 
activation group and having the RPGLE program return with *INLR = *OFF.
