Hello I would like some guidance in the mind set of the System admin, in a 
large global shop, multi Iseries, MF, Unix, Intel; vs. the small shop admin, 
one or 2 Iseries, a few Intels.
Would like to be aware of different issues that crop up one vs. the other.
