Have you checked the job log of the FTP server handling the request? 
That will probably have more information.

My guess is that either the target file is full (exceeded the values on 
the SIZE attribute) or the user profile doing the transfer (Exxxxxx) 
has a maximum storage limit specified and it has been reached or 
exceeded.
