Steve is spot on - call their support. But having been on that team once, a very common reason for this is that the scheduled job does a SBMJOB itself - Robot never used to follow that broken linkage. But there are settings, esp. the LOG() parameter, that can come into play. But again, Robot has overrides for these, as I recall.
