(CHAR(C.AUDDT,ISO) || CHAR(C.AUDTM)) AS CHRDTTM 

Where C.AUDDT is a date field and equals 1999-10-05.
And C.AUDTM is a packed decimal 6,0 and equals 82231.

Results in '1999-10-0582231' instead of '1999-10-05082231'.

CHAR(C.AUDTM) result is '82231' and not '082231'.

What change is needed to keep the leading zero?
