I read somewhere once that the IBM "standard" for SQL source files was
QQMQRYSRC although I use QSQLSRC because it makes more sense to me.

For the source type you can use anything, it's there more as an
indicator to the programmer/user than for anything else.  I use SQL for
SQL scripts that I run using the RUNSQLSTMT command.
