HTML Help from a Green Screen

Basically, we are looking to centralize application help in one place/format for 
both window applications and iSeries applications.  So, when F1 is pressed on 
the green screen in a certain field, a html page would open with the respective 
help.

I swear I remember someone saying they were doing something like this, but 
cannot find any reference/post/link to it now.

Thoughts? Pointers?  We are Nuts?
