After I do CREATE COLLECTION, etc, I get a thing that looks a lot like a
library. If I want to delete it without using DROP DATABASE, it seems like
I basically CLRLIB it. The CLRLIB can't really complete because there is a
journal and journal receiver left in the library. Then I can ENDJRNPF
FILE(*ALL) and then delete the JRN, then the JRNRCV. Is this the official
way?
