We have a test box and a Production box.  We can send distribution e-mail out 
on the production box, but not on the test box.  At one time we were able to 
send out on both boxes.  But now it's just one box.  I think the network 
department has change some on the exchange server to prevent this, but they say 
that nothing has changed. 

Is there something on the box I need to look for the is vary off and needs to 
be vary back on?
