My clients who are running it have reported no problems. One suggestion I would make is to do it from an image catalog. Preload it, then dial in from home. Kick off the PTF installation and the re-IPL from home. Check back in a few hours. Depending on the speed of your machine, everything should be up and running with no trouble. Summer's no time to be sitting in a computer room. :-)) -- Paul Nelson Arbor Solutions, Inc. 708-670-6978 Cell pnelson@xxxxxxxxxx -----midrange-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx wrote: ----- To: midrange-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx From: mshaw2456@xxxxxxxxxxx Sent by: midrange-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx Date: 06/23/2005 02:38PM Subject: OS/400 V5R2 CUME C5123520 Greetings all, Has anyone had any experience running the latest V5R2M0 CUME, HIPER and DB2 group PTF packages up? I have been asked to do this on our production system in mid-July. I would be most interested in hearing about your experiences, problems, etc. Currently running OS/400 V5R2M0 with CUME C4077520 applied. Thanks!
