Well, I was under the impression that my "sentinel" job would have to recognize and get rid of orphaned jobs, and that there wasn't a way to have the application recognize when it had been orphaned.
Anybody have any idea why some unconnected TN5250e devices would show "SIGNON DISPLAY" in WRKCFGSTS, and yet reject an incoming connection, while others, also showing "SIGNON DISPLAY" in WRKCFGSTS would freely accept an incoming connection?
I don't suppose it would have anything to do with devices being left in that screen that pops up when an initial program ends, and the initial menu is *SIGNOFF, would it?
