You can also run a Trace to see if the problem is on the ISeries or Client Access, there might be other devices that are disconnecting the pipe but the Trace won't see that. (router, switch, hub, firewall, network devices). If one of these are faulty or butt into the conversation, if they are sending out a reset, the Trace won't see that.
