1 week experience programming SQL on the 400. :)...

I wonder, too, how much money his company has spent on books, seminars,
lectures, and classes on Microsoft products for him vs. what his company is
willing to spend on his learning of IBM products?  Have they spent the money
on MS, but only handed him a keyboard and a manual for the IBM stuff?
