Here's a non-API method:

DSPFD FILE(Library/*ALL) TYPE(*BASATR) OUTPUT(*OUTFILE) FILEATR(*PF)
OUTFILE(Whatever)

Source files are tagged with a "S" in the filetype column ATDTAT

How to get a list of all source physical files on a system?  Cannot assume
that they are limited to traditional naming conventions like QCLSRC.
