Interesting comment.  What do you recommend more 'user' based training? 
For example, I have a local iSeries shop that lost their Notes Admin and 
is looking for Notes Admin training.  How about a full track of that? 
Starting with the basics, not just "Performance tuning Domino for iSeries" 
- good as that is.

OV/400 track?  Dead, rotten, petrified horse.

Can anyone else think of what might bring more 'users' to COMMON?  Should 
that even be a goal?
