It's been many moons since I was the EDI coordinator here. However the Innovis product is very solid. I have no experience with Extol so I can say anything like "If you're used to doing it this way, instead you'll do...". I would think the bulk of the work will remain the same: 1 - Supporting all the different "standards". 2 - Integrating the data into production. Rob Berendt
