Now I have to figure out how to minimize the joblog:
1-Leave the whole job doing minimal logging, with a special abort routine. 
 Don't like generic monmsg's and don't want to lose critical info if 
someone takes a 'C'.  So this option does not appeal to me.
2-Run special delocker job that I don't want the joblog for as a separate 
job about 1/2 hour or so before backup.
3-Have backup submit delocker job to a single string job queue, followed 
immediately by actual backup job.
4-Figure out if TFRCTL or some such animal would work.  Which I doubt - 
would still be same job.
5-Have backup itself submit delocker job and wait until the job ends by 
using api's to check the job status.
