A simple SELECT statement is NOT allowed in RUNSQLSTM.  Remove the 
semicolons from the RUNSQLSTM and then 
CRTQMQRY QMQRY(ROB/FRANZ) SRCFILE(ROB/QSQLSESS)
STRQMQRY QMQRY(ROB/FRANZ) OUTPUT(*PRINT)
